Job Description
Recruiting Solutions is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Onboarding Coordinator to support our client in the Anderson, SC area. This individual will play a critical role in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires, from offer acceptance through their first day. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new recruits from offer acceptance to Day One
- Coordinate all aspects of onboarding including completion of paperwork, workspace setup, IT provisioning, and Day One logistics
- Schedule and lead onboarding sessions in partnership with HR Business Partners and Training Managers
- Prepare and process all new hire documentation with accuracy and attention to compliance standards
- Administer and track drug screenings, background checks, and employment verifications
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws throughout the onboarding process
- Partner with recruiters to schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and communicate with candidates
- Conduct reference checks and support background screening procedures
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., iCIMS, SuccessFactors)
- Compile and report recruitment data and metrics to support process improvements.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or recruitment support
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred
- Knowledge of HR compliance a plus
