Camden, SC General:
HR Support Assistant provides service, input, & support to various daily tasks and projects for HR and other site disciplines. Administrative support includes assisting with new hire orientation, benefits enrollment, managing / organizing files, collection / input of various data, monitoring / managing front desk operations and providing (verbal & written) translation assistance where needed. This role reports to the HR manager with a primary work schedule of Mon. – Fri, day shift. Specific Duties /
Responsibilities:
Serve as a resource for effective communications and knowledge transfer related to various HR and company-related information (policies, procedures, benefits, orientation, etc.) Manage front desk operations including visitor, contractor, & employee clearance Maintain up-to-date filing & tracking of employment information/ documentation Assist w/ recruiting processes for operations workforce Help with employee relations and maintain confidential information Provide various translation support for training & presentation materials Other duties as assigned
Requirements Education :
High School diploma or Equivalent College course work, Associates or Bachelor’s degree (preferred / not required)
Experience:
Working knowledge & min. 1 yr. experience in customer service & support Experience – handling sensitive & confidential information Proficient skills & knowledge in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, WORD, Outlook)

Proficient with computer usage & Microsoft Office applications (Excel, WORD, Outlook) Organized w/ strong attention to details; excellent time-management Analytical; good problem-solving and information-gathering skills Able to work in fast-paced environment w/ high-volume of applicants Solid written and verbal bi-lingual communication skills (Spanish & English)
