Role:
In this role, you will support day-to-day HR activities at an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) facility, helping to ensure compliance, efficient operations, and strong communication with our Spanish-speaking workforce. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, employee relations, documentation, and HR project support—while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR administrative support in a manufacturing setting, including document management, timekeeping, and attendance tracking.
Translate HR-related materials and facilitate verbal communication between English and Spanish speakers on the production floor and in office settings.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and training for hourly and salaried employees.
Maintain compliance with internal policies, OSHA regulations, and labor laws applicable to manufacturing.
Serve as a bridge between HR, operations, and Spanish-speaking employees, offering culturally aware support and resolution to workplace issues.
Help organize employee engagement initiatives, safety communications, and training programs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records using HRIS and manufacturing-specific systems.

Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) – essential for communicating across the production and office teams.
1-2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or OEM environment required.
Familiarity with workplace safety procedures, compliance standards, and production-based HR practices.
Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with integrity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software; experience with timekeeping or ERP systems is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or HR certification preferred.
