OCtech seeks a dedicated HR professional to coordinate and elevate our recruitment, retention, and employee engagement initiatives. In this role, you will: Coordinate all phases of the hiring process, including recruitment strategy, candidate screening, interview coordination, and job offers Support hiring managers and search committees with sourcing, interviews, and compliance Facilitate onboarding, E-Verify, and new hire paperwork Conduct exit interviews and track employee engagement data for continuous improvement Coordinate the performance management systems to ensure timely, accurate evaluations Maintain employee databases, org charts, and update HR content on the internal and external website(s) Coordinate training compliance and support professional development initiatives Ensure SACSCOC faculty credential compliance and maintain official transcript documentation Minimum and Additional Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Preferred Qualifications Experience (e.g., internships, entry-level HR roles, or related work) in recruitment, compliance, or employee support functions preferred.
