If so, our client in Columbia, SC is looking to add a Recruiting Assistant to their Human Resources department. Responsibilities This is a great opportunity for someone eager to hit the ground running. You’ll support the recruiting team with a variety of tasks and projects that directly impact the success of talent acquisition efforts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coordinating interviews and scheduling phone screens Assisting with document production and internal HR forms Managing background checks and onboarding logistics Supporting recruiting events and summer associate coordination Handling special projects as assigned Qualifications The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and a strong communicator. You understand basic HR principles and can handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. You’re comfortable navigating fast-moving priorities and take initiative to support the broader team.
