Full-time Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the Human Resources department.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate and assist with employee onboarding and new employee orientation. Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. Organize and maintain all HR files. Compile and maintain electronic employee records. Coordinate quarterly drug testing for both DOT and non-DOT testing pools, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Process employee status changes and separations. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records. Coordinate computer-based training programs and requirements (BrewU). Establish and maintain company driver qualification records to ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA and serve as company administrator of file maintenance system. Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR Department including but not limited to: o Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, etc.; referring complex questions to appropriate level HR representative. o Responding to all requests for verification of employment. Process incoming mail, invoices, and record keeping for expense tracking. Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events and holiday parties. Handle uniform orders and distribution for new hires and employees, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory tracking. Maintain and restock breakroom supplies to ensure availability and a clean, organized environment. Ensure HR boards are consistently updated with current labor law posters, company policies, and relevant employee information to maintain compliance and effective communication. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education/Experience:
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred Knowledge or experience with an
HRMS/HRIS
is preferred.
