Onsite TRR:
As an Onsite Team Relations Representative, you’ll be the key link between Ōnin’s industrial teammates, clients, and branch, ensuring smooth operations at the client site in Columbia, SC.
You will:
Manage daily onsite workforce operations, including check-ins, attendance, and scheduling, to consistently meet and exceed client staffing requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, proactively addressing staffing needs, resolving issues swiftly, and escalating when appropriate to ensure client satisfaction. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with team members and clients to cultivate a positive and productive work environment. Support teammates with onboarding, payroll, and any inquiries. Lead a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, conducting comprehensive orientations and delivering essential training. Handle workforce performance, compliance, and safety procedures, enforcing strict adherence to company policies, client site regulations, and safety protocols through regular audits and training initiatives. Evaluate employee performance, provide actionable feedback, and implement necessary disciplinary actions, driving employee growth through effective coaching and mentoring. Assist in recruiting top talent and optimizing workforce efficiency. Proactively source and build talent pipelines using diverse channels, including phone, text, email, social media, and in-person engagement. Maintain accurate and compliant records of attendance, performance, and other critical data, generating regular reports for both Onin and the client. Manage essential administrative functions, including employee record maintenance, supply management, and badge production, to ensure smooth daily operations.
Work Experience What You’ll Bring:
2+ years of leadership experience with a strong emphasis on recruiting, retention, and employee relations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (preferred). Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, and able to manage with minimal supervision. Ability to travel for client meetings, training, internal team meetings, etc. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and E-Verify. Demonstrated desire to help people and a strong willingness to learn.
