Job Description:

Thisprogram provides the Government with technical and managementexpertise to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of theirmissions and systems. This position serves as the WorkforceCoordinator for the prime contractor and is responsible forsupporting the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager. TheWorkforce Coordinator shall possess the following capabilities: Supports the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager withrespect to the PMO Serves as the POC for the subcontractor staffing portal Shares current openings via email and weekly staffing callswith subcontractors Directs the review and dissemination of resumes to Area Leadswhile managing the assessment of candidate skills for current andfuture position openings. Coordinates interviews of approved candidates and providesfeedback to submitting company. Serves as the POC for employee onboarding Liaises with Corporate Security Officer and provides relevantupdates regarding the onboarding of employees

Qualifications:

A minimum of three years of related experience in theIntelligence community College education preferred. Other related industry designations, certificates, licenses orcourse work helpful. Experience in the staffing industry or Corporate HRStaffing. Preferable staffing experience from contingent or retainedagency environment. Experience in or knowledge of specific client industry sectoris a plus. Successful experience managing multiple searches, and hiringmanagers, at different stages at the same time Worked in a team environment that emphasized groupcontributions Position requires active Security Clearance withappropriate

PolygraphPay Range:
