Must Have:
1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a data center or critical infrastructure environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly, as most monitoring and ticketing tools are in-house and will be taught on the job.
Excellent soft skills to interact with various customers and stakeholders.
Dependability and commitment to working a rotating shift schedule, including long/short weeks and 12-hour shifts.
