Summary The HR/Admin supports daily office operations and provides administrative assistance under the Director of Administration. This role requires a proactive, organized professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in onboarding, recordkeeping, and maintaining internal communication and office workflow. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide professional, courteous communication to staff and visitors Answer and direct phone calls; take messages as needed Maintain calendars and schedule appointments Perform clerical duties including filing, typing, copying, scanning, and organizing Create and maintain filing systems (physical and digital) Process onboarding and offboarding paperwork and ensure accurate documentation Coordinate onboarding logistics and communication with new hires and relevant departments Monitor and update company logs (onboarding, termination, badging, etc.) Facilitate timely offboarding and ensure proper documentation is completed Ensure consistent and timely communication with internal stakeholders regarding administrative updates Maintain and apply office policies and procedures Handle confidential information with discretion Support executive and HR staff with administrative needs Coordinate tasks through checklist-driven workflow for consistency and accountability Perform other administrative and HR support duties as assigned
Qualifications:
