This position requires someone who is detailed-oriented, and task driven. This position is located at our Midtown location. MINIMUM ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality relating to wide variety of communications all team member records and privilege company information Maintain master copies of the company’s policies, procedures, processes and other defining documents in relation to team member conduct and behavior, as instructed by the Human Resource Manager Perform compliance and risk mitigation or cost-savings audits on monthly, quarterly or annual basis Maintain various company programs Responsible for the administrative responsibilities related to the full employment cycle, in partnership with the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator Assist People Operations Manager with administrative duties related to Team Member Engagement. Maintain, audit and manage HR Folder and Personnel files

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a backup to Recruitment Coordinator as needed such as assisting in phone interviews and setting up in person interviews Attend continuing education seminars to stay informed with developments in the field of HR Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, OSHA and other compliance guidelines established by regulation or by the company Complete all mandatory annual training programs Attend all meetings as requested Perform other tasks or projects as requested by supervisor or company leadership

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
