In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining compliance and confidentiality. You’ll be a key point of contact for employees and play a vital role in our onboarding processes.
salary:
$50,000 – $58,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5
PMeducation:
BachelorsResponsibilities Manage and coordinate HR team calendars, schedules, and meetings, including scheduling conference calls. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other essential materials. Handle confidential HR documents and information with the utmost discretion, including employee records, compensation details, and performance reviews. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, directing them to the appropriate HR team member or resource. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for all employees. Support HR Managers throughout the hiring process, which may include scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and coordinating pre-employment checks. Maintain and organize recruitment documentation. Utilize HRIS for data entry, record maintenance, and report generation. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS. Assist with various HR initiatives and projects as needed, supporting areas such as employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development. Qualifications Proven experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels. Demonstrated experience working with compliance. Familiarity with HRIS platforms. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
