Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator to support fast-paced hiring and onboarding activities across a wide range of roles. This temporary, onsite position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process while delivering a positive experience for candidates and new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate full-cycle recruiting support, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer documentation. Facilitate new hire onboarding, including managing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring I-9 compliance. Maintain accurate and organized records using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and document management tools. Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs across multiple departments and job types. Ensure timely and compliant processing of employee documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Deliver consistent communication to candidates and new hires, promoting a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process. Assist with the setup and delivery of employee training during the onboarding period. Collaborate with HR and administrative teams to identify and implement process improvements where applicable.

Qualifications:

3-5+ years experience in recruiting, onboarding, or HR support within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Knowledge of I-9 compliance and best practices in new hire documentation and orientation.
