Responsibilities include maintaining position postings, managing the pre-employment assessment process with candidates, and providing general administrative support to the Recruiting Team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinates the pre-employment processes for candidates including the processing of background checks, drug screens, and other assessment tools; conducts reference checks Schedules interviews as needed; Coordinate travel and interview itineraries for candidates Provides back-up coverage for HR Assistant as needed Assists with onboarding activities including new hire orientation; assists with other HR administrative duties as needed

Successful Candidates Must Possess:

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred With a Bachelor’s degree, no experience is required; with a high school diploma/GED, a minimum of two (2) years of HR/recruiting experience is required Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Office Suite) Experience working with an applicant tracking system strongly preferred Strong communication skills, ability to work on multiple tasks without sacrificing quality, and attention to detail required Aegis Sciences Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
