SUMMARY:
New associate on-boarding, conduct orientation (50+ new hires in next 6 months) Engagement lead engagement activities (luncheons, giveaway events, service awards, anniversaries) and administer recognition initiatives Customer service for general associate inquiries (benefit, payroll, uniforms, etc.) direct to and assist in communication with appropriate vendors File maintenance electronic and hard copy personnel and training files Attendance tracking Must be proficient in MS Office outlook, word, excel, teams Experience with HRMS such as SAP Success factors a plus Prior manufacturing facility experience a plus Potential to grow to HR generalist level.
Preferred Skills/ Experience:
Associates or Bachelors degree in HR or related field. 1+ to 2 Years Sound knowledge of all phases of Human Resources gained through one to three years of experience in a Human Resources environment (generalist, labor & associate relations, benefits) Strong organization skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Ability to assume responsibility without direct supervision, exercise initiative and judgment, make decisions within the scope of assigned authority and deal with highly confidential matters. Must be a fast learner and able to assimilate new software, procedures and techniques as introduced. Ability to handle multiple task/projects simultaneously and complete under tight deadlines. Requires high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain focus on tasks despite interruptions.
