Position Overview:

Review of investigative forms for completeness, accuracy, and correct type of investigation needed. Follow up with requesting or investigating offices to fill gaps in needed information. This position may require the employee to come into the office as little as 1 time per week or as much as 5 times per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Receives telephone calls and respond to incoming e-mail messages on “Customer Service” web address. Ability to review e-QIP request online and provide technical assistance with the applicant. Prepares, submits, monitors, and updates computer tracking systems concerning appropriate case material.

Qualifications:

Minimum three (3) years of directly related experience performing administrative support in personnel security functions. Shall demonstrate a proficiency in various types of information technology applications, such as Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint. Written and oral communications skills commensurate with positions
