This role provides essential HR administrative and generalist support, with a focus on payroll processing, ideally using UKG or other HRIS systems. The successful candidate will have at least three years of relevant HR experience, English and Korean (both written and verbal). $52,000 – $55,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5
PMeducation:
AssociateResponsibilities Administer payroll changes, monitor accuracy of payroll, and ensure documented hours, preferably using UKG or other HRIS systems. Maintain and safeguard employee information, data, and files with the utmost security and confidentiality. Assist with the administration of benefits, including new hires and terminations, paperwork maintenance, tracking changes, and resolving claim questions. Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation, ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed in a timely manner. Publish new job listings to internal and external job boards. Assist in scheduling interviews and administering pre-employment assessments. Enter and maintain data in the HRIS, including organizational charts, personnel, safety, and recruiting records. Monitor compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. Provide administrative support to the HR department for various programs and procedures. Qualifications Possess advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint), HRIS, and other HR-related systems. Associate’s degree, certificate, or specialized training in human resources, business, or a related field, plus a minimum of three (3) years of relevant human resources experience, or equivalent education and experience. Proven experience with payroll processing, ideally using UKG or other HRIS systems. Work experience in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
