This is a key opportunity to join a client-focused team that ensures a smooth and efficient transition experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Process new accounts, incoming transfers, direct rollovers, and other account activity related to transitioning firms (e.g., PIPs, SWPs, special account features) Respond to approximately 2-5 inbound calls and 4-7 emails per day from advisors and their staff Educate advisors and their assistants on using internal advisor platforms and tools Review submitted paperwork and follow up on items that are not in good order (NIGO) Collaborate with internal supervision teams to resolve documentation issues Organize and maintain complete client records using electronic filing systems Update account status for advisors who are no longer affiliated Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude
Qualifications:
