Human Resources Coordinator Position Available In Williamson, Tennessee

Our client, located in Brentwood, TN. is looking to add a temp to hire HR Coordinator to their team. This is a fully on-site role with a growing organization within the Fintech industry. The HR Coordinator will support the daily HR operations to create a seamless employee experience.

Duties:

Coordinate and schedule interviews, candidate communications, and onboarding activities Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system with accuracy and confidentiality Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and questions from employees Support the HR team with compliance-related documentation and reporting Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal communications Ensure accurate filing and documentation of HR-related materials (digital and physical) Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues to appropriate HR team members

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience; internship experience will be considered Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite Familiarity with HR systems and databases

Salary:
