JOB SUMMARY

The Recruiting Coordinator, under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, oversees the administrative recruiting processes, conducts applicant background and drug screenings.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Conducting background checks and administering the drug screen process. Assist with employee recruitment and placement including owning the Indeed posting process. Manage the candidate background report and recruiting inbox email. Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruiting functions as necessary. Ensure candidates clear backgrounds in a timely and accurate manner. Assist with managing the applicant tracking system (ATS), provide support and training to supervisors and manager when necessary, and manage the flow of candidates after offer has been accepted. Assist with creating assigned personnel action forms (PAFs) for new hires or rehires. Audit new requisition when approved for accurately and active postings. Respond to employee and outside inquiries regarding pre-screening processes, job ads, and credential verifications for Physicians. Track payments for employee referral program. Able to interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, standards, or regulations. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the industry’s best security practices and regulatory guidelines to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information and other sensitive company data. Must be familiar with and abide by the Corporate Compliance Program and all corporate policies, including the Privacy and Security policies.

Requirements:
EDUCATION & LICENSURE

High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

: One year of prior job-related experience preferred. Recruiting experience preferred.
