Human Resources & Administrative Assistant – LNSU 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars Hyde Park, VT 05655

Objective:

To provide administrative assistant and operational support to the Human Resources and Administrative Department.

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Develop and manage project timelines and milestones. Collaborate with project leads and other stakeholders. Ensure HR and Administrative activities are aligned with project goals. Collaborate effectively with HR and Administrative team. Perform HR & Administrative duties as follows: Assist with creating interview questions, job posts and job descriptions by position. Manage job postings and candidate selection in collaboration with School Principal and Administrative Assistants. Coordinate interview schedules, salary placement requests, through offers of employment and onboarding process. Assist in developing HR policies and procedures. Coordinate and schedule required testing for existing and/or new employees. Assist with creating updated HR and Administrative forms. Assist with creating district wide climate surveys. Assist with tracking and documenting professional development. Manage teacher licensing and endorsements. Manage tuition reimbursements and horizontal moves. Act as the backup payroll, benefit reconciliations, contracts, entering new hire information and other duties assigned.
