Support leadership development through coaching and mentorship.

What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or related field
SHRM or HRCI certification desired.
5+ years of HR consultation experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to influence leadership and navigate complex organizations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
