• Advise employees and managers on HR policies and best practices
• Maintain accurate HR records and handle sensitive information withconfidentiality
• Coordinate benefits administration and employeecommunications
• Assist with performance management and traininginitiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internalprocesses

• 3-5 years of HRexperience, ideally in a consulting or professional servicesenvironment
• Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals and employmentlaw
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonalskills
