- Advise employees and managers on HR policies and best practices
- Maintain accurate HR records and handle sensitive information withconfidentiality
- Coordinate benefits administration and employeecommunications
- Assist with performance management and traininginitiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internalprocesses
- Help cultivate a positive, high-performing workplaceculture
- Complete employee onboarding and offboarding processes

- 3-5 years of HRexperience, ideally in a consulting or professional servicesenvironment
- Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals and employmentlaw
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonalskills
- HRIS experience preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP a plus
