We are seeking a Homecare HR Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new homecare employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. This includes coordinating orientation sessions, collecting necessary paperwork, conducting background checks, and providing support to new hires as they acclimate to their positions.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule new hire orientation sessions Collect and review new hire paperwork, including I-9 forms and background check authorizations Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to onboarding processes Provide support and guidance to new hires as they navigate their first days on the job Collaborate with HR team to streamline onboarding processes and improve efficiency
