Full Time The HRIS Analyst will support and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Human Resource Management System (HRMS), along with other systems supported by the Human Resources department. This role serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure data integrity, test system changes, write reports, and analyze data flows to identify process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst will also assist with HRMS upgrades, patches, testing, and time clock support and replacement, as well as manage data transmissions to and from third-party vendors. Additionally, this position will support a variety of technical HR projects, provide customer service to employees across the company, and assist in the development, administration, and delivery of HRMS training.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must exhibit a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Human Resources or equivalent from an accredited four-year college or university. Proof of degree required. A transcript or diploma would be acceptable and must be provided.
Must exhibit two or more years work experience supporting or implementing a Human Resources Management System (HRMS), such as UKG, Workday, Oracle
HCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, etc.
Must exhibit the ability to understand Human Resources policies, procedures, processes, and data. Must also exhibit the ability to learn timekeeping policies, procedures, processes, and data as they relate to employee pay.
Must exhibit an understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with database tools.
Must exhibit an ability to learn, weight will be given to related experience and coursework (i.e., computer courses, course grades, work experience, etc.).
Must exhibit good oral and written communication skills to all levels of the Company (i.e., good command of grammar and spelling). Must exhibit the ability to communicate in a courteous, polite, and effective manner, both verbally and in written format.
Must exhibit good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with persons of different socio-economic, cultural, and educational backgrounds. Must exhibit the ability to cooperate well with others and establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Must be physically able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Must exhibit the ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
Must exhibit advanced knowledge in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software, such as Word, Excel, and Access.
Must be willing and able to work extra hours on weekdays, weekends, or holidays as required to fulfill job duties.
Must exhibit the ability to work independently and under stress
Must exhibit the ability to manage multiple tasks with numerous interruptions and meet deadlines under dynamic work schedules.
Must exhibit good attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Must exhibit the ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately.
Must exhibit the ability to provide effective presentations to both small and large groups.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exhibit four or more years of training and/or work experience in Computer Science or related Information Systems work.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of client server and web development technologies including working knowledge of development tools (XML, HTML, FTP, SQL, etc.).
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in application design, development, and testing methodologies.
Prior work experience within Human Resources.
Exhibit the ability to understand timekeeping policies, procedures, processes, and data as they relate to employee pay.
