Provides consultative support for workforce issues that impact the overall operational strategy for the core business functions of the organization. Incumbent acts as the subject matter expert on policies, procedures, employment law, and fundamentals of all core areas of human resources and ensures ease of access to HR deliverables for operational clients. Education B.S. degree in Human Resource Management or other related field required. Experience Three to five years of Human Resource generalist experience required with strong knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution. Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries PHR or SPHR preferred.
