What You’ll Do:
Under general supervision and in accordance with established policies, procedures, and legal requirements, you will:
Coordinate the full-cycle employment process for staff positions
Partner with hiring departments to assess and fulfill staffing needs
Source and attract top talent through strategic outreach methods
Screen, interview, and refer qualified candidates using our online application system
Maintain documentation and report on staffing metrics
Provide guidance to departments on recruiting and staffing concerns
Represent UAB at job fairs and conduct new employee orientations
Support or lead the hiring process for temporary roles
May supervise support personnel
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field (required)
Minimum of two (2) years of related experience
