Successful candidates will possess:
A strong desire to exceed customer expectations A tenacious, solution-oriented approach to all things The ability to manage multiple priorities An ownership mentality and self-starter skills Experience working with the elderly Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong computer skills Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment Experience working with the elderly preferred College degree preferred Duties and responsibilities: Schedules and manages field caregivers who deliver care to the client in their place of residence Interacts with client families, case managers and others to ensure a well-orchestrated, multidisciplinary approach to client needs and desires Participates in the after-hours, on-call rotation that may include weekends and holidays
