The HR Generalist will provide services in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, training/development, and compensation/benefits. This role involves managing visitor preparations, event planning, and communication, while also coordinating facility operations and implementing effective and consistent delivery of HR programs and services. The successful HR Generalist will have the following
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and coordinate employee relations activities, providing timely information for all levels of the organization. Process on-boarding programs and ensure all legal aspects of employment are followed, updating employee records in required HRIS systems. Provide information and reports to management as requested and offer training and assistance to employees as needed. Assist in the preparation and development of training and development activities. Engage in continuous improvement, project management, HR analytics, metrics, and reporting. Support benefits administration, providing business partners with necessary information and documenting services needed. Plan and manage all company engagement events, communicating upcoming items through various methods including dashboards, newsletters, text alerts, and mailers. Monitor incoming and outgoing mail, ensure mail is delivered to the proper recipient. Maintain stock of office and conference room supplies Manage the plant’s visitor calendar, including composing and preparing correspondence, arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas. Represent the company by welcoming visitors, arranging company dinners and other corporate functions, and answering questions directed to the executive office. Minimum Qualifications:
