Recruitment and Staffing:
Assists Recruiting Specialist with interviews and making job offers. Collaborate with Recruiting Specialist and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Facilitate orientation and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution for HR-related issues. Mediate and resolve workplace disputes and conflicts. Promote positive employee relations and a healthy work environment.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Communicate HR policies and procedures.
Benefits Administration:
Assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment processes.
HR Data Management:
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including personnel files, payroll data, and other relevant information. Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Training and Development:
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on various HR-related topics. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 5+ years of HR experience Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
