Workforce Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records, process personnel changes, and manage HRIS data entry.
Time & Attendance:
Track and verify employee work hours, resolve payroll discrepancies, and ensure compliance with attendance policies.
Scheduling Support:
Assist in workforce scheduling, ensuring proper staffing levels based on operational needs.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
HR Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Support new hire orientation, documentation, and exit processes.
Reporting & Analytics:
Generate reports related to workforce trends, absenteeism, and HR metrics.
Collaboration:
Work closely with operations, payroll, and HR leadership to support business needs.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
2+ years in HR, preferably in workforce administration, timekeeping, or a similar role.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in HRIS and timekeeping systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment. Knowledge of labor laws and workforce compliance.
Work Schedule:
