Job Description

Bilingual Human Resources Associate 2.4 2.4 out of 5 stars 2331 George Wallace Dr, Albertville, AL 35951 Position summary (General Purpose): Under administrative direction, plans, organizes, and manages human resources activities. Serves as a member of the Human Resources team at Newman Technology of Alabama, Inc., and performs related duties as assigned. Qualifications (Basic Knowledge, skills and abilities): 2 year degree or relevant experience in the field. Must be Bilingual (Spanish)

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist management and associates with benefit questions Coordinate temporary staffing and data entry Coordinate Round Table meetings Maintain bulletin board (Anniversary & Birthday) Help maintain badge system Reconcile all insurance and temporary staffing invoices Monitoring and collection of insurance premiums for all active and disabled associates Prepare HR reporting for management Help monitor FMLA/STD and maintain database for leave management Track applicant flow log Assist HR Manager with New Hire Orientation Arrange Drug testing, background checks and physicals for new hires Conduct drug tests for promotions/accidents and other in substance abuse policy Assist HR Manager with departmental business plan when necessary
