Human Resources Associate Easy Apply Albertville, AL Easy Apply Position summary (General Purpose): Under administrative direction, plans, organizes, and manages human resources activities. Serves as a member of the Human Resources team at Newman Technology of Alabama, Inc., and performs related duties as assigned. Qualifications (Basic Knowledge, skills and abilities): 2-year degree or relevant experience in the field of Human Resources and Payroll.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

Update ADP and Plex databases as needed Monitor and collect all insurance premiums for all active and disable associates Assist HR Manager will all benefit related issues as instructed Back up Payroll Clerk Assist with New Hire Orientation and drug tests for promotions/accidents or others as necessary Assist with all company functions All new hire/termination data entry All FMLA issuance and tracking Attendance Tracking Additional duties as assigned
