Summary The Recruitment Coordinator at Gracepoint Home Care plays a key role in turning caregivers into hires. This role focuses on finding and hiring top-tier caregivers using our CRM platform. The Recruitment Coordinator owns and optimizes the caregiver recruitment pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize CRM platform to support caregiver recruitment and communication Source, screen, and interview caregiver candidates in CRM platform Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews Guide candidates through onboarding, background checks, and drug screening Maintain applicant tracking systems and provide weekly recruitment reports Collaborate with care coordinators to improve response and engagement rates Ensure data integrity, segmentation, and clean list management

Team Member Onboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and timely

Qualifications:

Experience managing CRM platforms (healthcare/home care experience a plus) Analytical mindset; comfort with KPIs and dashboards Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

Work Environment:

This role primarily operates in an office environment but may require occasional travel to various locations for recruitment activities.
