What You Will Do:

As an HR Coordinator , you’ll help drive employee experience from behind the scenes and on the front lines: Collaborate with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Coordinate and support employee initiatives, such as training sessions, workshops, and performance management activities. Provide training assistance by organizing schedules, tracking progress, and supporting the delivery of training programs. Support HR projects, including process improvements and compliance.
