HR Talent Management Specialist Compensation Minimum:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or another related field. 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition and HR processes. Experience in ATS Systems (preferably iCIMS) and CRM/Talent communities. Travel, as needed, for annual meetings, training and other yearly events. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive). Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong team player that is able to work within and across organizational boundaries and geographic locations/time zones. Previous experience working remotely is strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have enough mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weigh up to thirty (30) pounds, as necessary.

Location/Work Schedule :

This is a remote work from home position . Remote opportunities are strongly preferred in the following states: Texas and Illinois. Although there is flexibility built into the role, it is expected that the HR Talent Management Specialist be available during normal business hours and have a dedicated workspace. On occasion the person in this role may be asked to support the company’s needs early in the morning or evenings.
