Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Hartselle, Alabama. Responsibilities:

• Provide support for employee benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal regulations.
• Manage and update HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Process personnel forms and maintain accurate employee records.
• Assist in onboarding new employees, including orientation and initial paperwork.
• Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and workflows.
• Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to share HR-related information.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. Requirements
• Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role – ideally 3 years
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and related processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and HR regulations.
• Proficiency in using HRIS and maintaining HR databases.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
