The Human Resource Generalist will support and manage the full range of HR Operations, including: Recruitment, hiring, and onboarding/offboarding New hire orientation and employee record maintenance Performance management and employee relations Compensation, payroll support, and benefits administration Conflict resolution and workplace investigations FMLA, leave coordination, and compliance tracking Training, development, and event coordination Provide technical support for internal software, hardware, and networking systems
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, OR a related field 3-5 years of relevant human resources experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in HRIS and benefits administration A valid driver license.
