SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for implementing various employee plans including employee development and skills maintenance.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Partners with Operations leadership in skills development and promoting employee morale. Ensures health and safety compliance management within a customer area or region Leads new employee orientations Coordinates with training department on career pathing programs Records evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department surveys in relation to established goals. Acts as back up scheduler or recruiter during heavy business need Tracks and identifies training needs in operations Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations relative to employment Completes required training classes Adheres to quality compliance requirements All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum five years of human resources experience Equivalent work experience considered Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize Strong decision making and analytical abilities Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information Ability to be flexible and adapt to change Functions well in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Professionalism/Ethics (trust, respect, integrity, attitude, commitment) Available to work assigned hours based on business needs For internal candidates, have satisfactory job performance (not on a corrective action)
