Human Resources Generalist PHFIE Solutions LLC Tuscaloosa, AL 35404 • Hybrid work Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our service-oriented team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities Administer HR policies and procedures in alignment with employment labor laws and regulations. Be able to accurately and efficiently manage timecards and processing payroll bi-weekly Manage the talent acquisition process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient recruitment processes. Oversee contract management and ensure compliance with company policies. Maintain employee records using ADP, ensuring accurate data entry and management. Provide administrative support to HR initiatives, including onboarding new employees and facilitating training programs. Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations. Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR sourcing techniques. Familiarity with ATS systems for recruitment purposes. Proficient in using HR software for data management. Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail. Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to travel for work.
