Hours & Pay
Pay Rate:
Starting at $80,000+ annually, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage full-spectrum HR responsibilities including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, and compliance
Support payroll timecard processing, HRIS reporting, and benefits administration
Partner with plant leadership, employees, and union reps to foster a positive and productive work environment
Champion company-wide engagement strategies including employee surveys, listening sessions, and performance initiatives
Develop, recommend, and implement innovative HR policies and best practices

What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
3-5 years of experience in HR, ideally in a manufacturing or unionized setting
SPHR or
SHRM-SCP
certification preferred
Working knowledge of OSHA, employment law, and HR compliance
Tech-savvy with strong skills in Microsoft Office and web-based HRIS systems (minimum 2 years experience)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs; professional business attire required
