Summary We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Cheshire Fitness Zone. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our HR functions, ensuring that we continue to provide exceptional service to our clients while fostering a positive work environment for our staff. This position is essential to the ongoing development of our organization. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening candidates. Manage employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Administer employee benefits programs and provide support for inquiries. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases using systems like Workday and Kronos. Support talent acquisition efforts through affirmative action planning and outreach initiatives. Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture. Collaborate with management on workforce planning and organizational development strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred. Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of HR practices, including benefits administration and talent acquisition. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to connect with diverse individuals. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
