Opportunity:

The HR Generalist is responsible for handling all HR responsibilities including time and attendance, recruiting, employee relations, administrative reporting and employee functions

Responsibilities:

Performs various operational duties required to administer and execute HR programs including compensation, performance management, recruitment and retention, training, and development such as: Serves as the first point of contact for employees Provides a wide range of employee relations support and participates in investigations, coaching sessions, and disciplinary/separation meetings Communicates and supports company policies and procedures. Maintains and updates HRIS system Paylocity Workers comp administration Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings: Develops and creates updated job descriptions and standards. Provides support for and coordinates recruitment efforts. Support and execute employee engagement events
