Human Resources Coordinator Overview:
As the Human ResourcesCoordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting HR functionswhile delivering an exceptional employee experience. This positionoffers an opportunity to make meaningful connections and create alasting impact in a vibrant hospitality environment.
Salary Range:
$65-75k Work modality: hybrid – 3 days in office (Stamford, CT) / 2days from home
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete onboardingprocess from candidate to new hire, including welcomecommunications, IT coordination, and compliance documentationSupport benefits administration by processing enrollments, changes,and addressing employee questions Ensure compliance with employmentlaws and company policies across multiple jurisdictions Maintainaccurate employee records in the HRIS system Organize internalevents, team-building activities, and employee recognition programsAssist the HR team with administrative tasks, compliance efforts,and special projects Serve as the primary point of contact foremployee inquiries related to HR programs Contribute to processimprovement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experiencePerform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1 years ofexperience in an HR Coordinator or People Operations role Strongorganizational and multitasking abilities in fast-pacedenvironments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highattention to detail with a problem-solving mindset Ability to workindependently and prioritize effectively Proactive and adaptableapproach to challenges and process improvement Experience with HRISsystems
