Job Description
HR Coordinator (Danbury, CT) Screen, interview and hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
Explain employment details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
Prepare and maintain employment records such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, and promotions.
Administer employee benefit plans.
Address employee issues such as work related complaints, or other employee concerns.
Bachelor’s Degree inHuman Resources or similar required.
