JOB SUMMARY:

Our client, a prominent Roofing Services provider in the Lake Mary, FL area, is seeking a Branch Personnel Coordinator (BPC) to serve as a key administrative and operational support professional, supporting the organization’s centralized company functions and branch-specific needs. This full-time role coordinates three separate departments and the assigned branch office. Ultimately, they will deliver smooth daily operations, accurate personnel documentation and HR process support, and assist with administrative branch needs. Duties may vary slightly based on the specific needs of each location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Hybrid Department Support Support functions as assigned by Ownership, Senior Staff, and the Personnel & Operations team. Maintain centralized spreadsheets including but not limited to: shirt and apparel inventory, equipment tracking, employee contacts, and termination lists. Manage records related to company vehicles, including updating files by VIN # and uploading receipts to the shared drive. Personnel & Operations Department Support Create and maintain employee hard-copy and digital files (secure and confidential storage). Ensure all onboarding documents (e.g., pay structure forms, equipment acceptance forms) are complete and properly uploaded to BambooHR. Coordinate distribution and tracking of electronic equipment and apparel, including communication with IT for new device set-up. Complete E-Verify within 48 hours of new hire start date. Confirm and document original forms of identification during onboarding. Manage supplies orders and general office needs. Maintain new hire tracking spreadsheets and update onboarding/offboarding documentation as needed. Assigned Branch Support Provide direct administrative assistance to the Branch Manager. Maintain office organization and ensure a professional office appearance. Assist with interview preparation (application packets, resume collection, etc.). Support office presentation needs such as digital slideshow setup. Provide backup support for check pickups and other branch-specific administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred. 2+ years of administrative or HR-related experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and documents.
