Requirements:
Assists with job posting and advertisement processes. Screens resumes and contacts qualified applicants for next steps. Sourcing candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders. Be familiar with payroll processing and employee benefits enrollment. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing payroll and benefits. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring, recruitment, benefits, and payroll. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Assist with Monday.com and project management. Assists with maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee payroll and benefits information. Work directly with the Human Resources team on employee on-boarding and off-boarding. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. Work with the compliance team to ensure administrative compliance with regulatory requirements. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. Undertake tasks around performance management. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. Assist with audits. Schedules employee 30/60/90-day touch-base meeting. Assist with implementing and monitoring HR projects. All other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA): Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Required:
Full-cycle recruitment experience. Payroll and benefits administration experience. Onboarding. Familiarity with Paylocity strongly preferred. HRIS implementation experience preferred.
