POSITION SUMMARY

The Onboarding Experience Specialist (OES) is responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities. The Onboarding Experience Specialist is a member of the Onboarding Experience Team (OET). Driven by quality, the OET is an expert at supporting internal and external customers throughout the pre-employment process.

PRIMARY 1.

Enter and track candidate pre-employment journey. 2. Directs day-to-day onboarding operations to ensure timely, accurate, efficient and courteous delivery in a cost-effective manner. 3. Responsible for interdepartmental communication with HR departments to ensure a smooth hiring process for new associates. 4. Review submittals against job requisition and candidate application for compliance. 5. Objectively review background and Associate Wellness clearance to ensure compliance for Health First organizational standards. 6. Ensure all candidates receive a warm welcome call and email to support the candidate throughout their preboarding experience. 7. Review vendor systems daily to ensure progress and escalate accordingly. 8. Provide excellent customer service to candidates, client teams and/or clients by responding quickly to all inquiries. 9. Assist vendor with completion of required check when necessary. 10. Act as a key contact for all issues related to onboarding and closely monitor candidate onboarding tasks to ensure completion before or by due date. 11. May assist with building new client audit detail procedures for the review of candidate orders including auditing candidate orders and ensuring requirements of a position and client standards are established in appropriate technology tools. 12. Ensure the new hire file contains all documentation required by regulatory agencies. Schedules associate for training classes in partnership with Center for Learning. Schedules associate for Associate Wellness Prescreen appointment. 13. Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to promote improved customer experience. 14. Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

High School Diploma and two years of relevant work experience.

Licensure:

None Work Experience:

1 year of customer service experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

o Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint o Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. o Strong critical thinking skills o Strong communication skills and professional presence o Ability to maintain composure in stressful office environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

High School Diploma or TASC (Test Assessing Secondary Completion Test)

Work Experience:

Basic Knowledge of HR practices with 1 year of HR/Onboarding experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

o PeopleSoft, Hyland, Taleo and Applicant Tracker Database or experience with ERP, CRM and ATS. o Bilingual

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The majority of the time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, stooping. Long periods of computer time or at workstation Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance. May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and/or low to moderate noise. Communicating with others to exchange information. Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks. Workspace may vary from open to confined, on site or remote. May require travel to various facilities within and beyond county perimeter; may require use of personal vehicle. Benefits
