Job Summary:

•We are seeking a Part Time Onboarding Specialist to join our team at our Titusville, FL location. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new hires in the office, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. This role will involve providing support, guidance, and training to new employees to help them acclimate to their roles and the company culture. •

Responsibilities:

•1. Conduct orientation sessions for new hires in the office to introduce them to company policies, procedures, and expectations. 2. Assist in the creation and maintenance of onboarding materials. 3. Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads at the Titusville location to ensure a comprehensive onboarding experience. 4. Serve as a point of contact for new employees at the office, addressing questions and concerns during the onboarding process. 5. Monitor the progress of new hires at the Titusville location during the onboarding period and provide feedback to leadership as needed. 6. Collaborate with HR team members to streamline and improve the onboarding process based on feedback and best practices. •

Qualifications:

•1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. 6. Familiarity with HRIS and onboarding software is a plus including JD Edwards.
