Triage and respond to general HR inquiries from our client’s team using our case management tool.
Assign cases to the appropriate owners and provide customer support for employees and HR members.
Handle HR-related tasks, rectify time clock discrepancies, and assist with onboarding tasks.
Provide onsite support to employees and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Contribute to a culture of safety, inclusion, and relentless commitment to space exploration.
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields.
Minimum of 1 year of HR or customer support experience.
Experience in case management and handling HR general inquiries.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience with Workday and Jira is a plus.
